All orders are processed within 3-5 business days via PRIORITY SHIPPING. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

PREORDERS: If a pre-ordered product is ordered in conjunction with other product, we will ship everything out at once when that preordered merchandised in received.

UNDELIVERABLE, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We are not responsible for packages that may be delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided to us by the customer. If a package is returned to Pulse Beauty's P.O. Box, customer will be sent a payment link to cover the cost for product to be reshipped.

We are not responsible for any packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided by USPS after it leave our warehouse.



You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
